Panama Joe Travel ("we", "us") is a personalized travel concierge service. This website introduces you to Joe and gives you a simple way to start a conversation about your trip. Questions about this policy can be sent to Panamajoe26@gmail.com.

We collect only the information you choose to share with us. When you submit a travel inquiry, that includes your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (if provided), your destination and travel dates, the size of your party, your interests and preferences, your approximate budget, and any note you write to Joe.

If you email or message Joe directly, we keep those conversations too — that's how a personal service works.

Your information is used for one purpose: to understand your trip and respond to you personally. That includes replying to your inquiry, sending you a confirmation that your request was received, planning and discussing your trip with you, and — when you ask us to — connecting you with trusted local contacts in your destination.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Part of what makes Panama Joe Travel special is Joe's network. When you ask for help arranging something in your destination, we may share the minimum details necessary (for example, your name, dates, and party size) with a trusted local contact so they can assist you or hold an arrangement for you.

Those contacts are asked to use your details only for your trip, and never for their own marketing.

This website displays videos hosted on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Those platforms deliver this content directly to your browser and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those platforms if you have questions about their practices.

We use a minimal amount of standard website technology — for example, to remember that you're browsing the site — and basic, anonymous usage information that helps us understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.

We keep your inquiry details only as long as needed to help you with your trip and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. We take sensible precautions to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure — so please don't include sensitive information (like card numbers) in your inquiry.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email Panamajoe26@gmail.com and Joe will take care of it personally, usually within a few days.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
